Stress-Relief Products for Busy Mums, and none of them are wine!

As a mum of five I am serious about stress relief!  I must be, otherwise the whole house will come falling and I’ll still have to do dinner and the washing whilst reading to the kids or helping with their homework!  You know what I mean!

So, I’ve come up with my favourite list of Soulistic Products that help to keep me smiling whilst wishing away the time until I can open that bottle of wine and open a large bar of chocolate!

  1. Pulse Points 

These ready to apply liquid essential oil blends with easy rollerball applicators are great to keep in your purse or car and apply to pulse points when you feel stressed out. The roller applicators are safe to apply directly to the skin anytime, anywhere bringing the healing powers of aromatherapy throughout the day.

  1. Peppermint Foot Bath Salts

It’s insane how much stress we store in our feet. After a long day, these foot spa bath salts will help to ease sore, tired feet, leaving them feeling fresh and silky smooth.  Just add 1 tablespoon to a foot spa filled with warm water.  They go quite nicely with a foot massage afterwards!

  1. Book in for a Massage

Why not book yourself in for a Massage!  We tend to think of a massage as a treat when in fact it should be something that we make sure we do for optimum mental and physical health.  It can and does make the world of difference!  

Finally, I would just like to say that sometimes no matter what we do, the stress of everything can get to us all!  Just remember, breathe, close your eyes, remember you are wonderful and always remember –  Stressed spelt backwards is Desserts!
